Fabián Rosales Niño, president of the Junta de Acción Communal of Vereda de la Sábana, was shot three times to the chest while on his way to his house on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
Besides being an active community member, Fabián was a farmer on his own land and was leading a project to build the roof for a rural school in the community.
