Javier Sevilla Alvarez

Javier Sevilla Alvarez, 35, was killed when he was shot in the head by unknown assailants while having drinks with his fiancée Yurley Gélvez Ortega. His fiancée who was seven months pregnant  made a complete recovery after being wounded by one of the bullets.

Javier was the coordinator of the Works Committee of the Communal Action Board in Tibú, Colombia. It is unknown whether there had been any previous threats against his life and it also remains unknown if his murders were captured.
