César Arturo Díaz Tapasco, 33 years old, and his parents Serafín Díaz Guevara, 60 years old, and María Gabriela Tapasco Bueno, 52 years old were shot dead by a group of armed men near the Educational Institution of the San Lorenzo Reservoir (Riosucio), by the exit to the path Llanogrande.
The massacre occurred at 10:30pm in a house near the school. The victims were killed with a firearm, according to the authorities’ report. Initial investigations suggested that the immediate motive was robbery.
