Edgar Acosta Barahona

Edgar Acosta, 38, was reported missing on Saturday 16 of June 2018 in the municipality of Tauramena. His body was found in El Güira on 18 of June with three gunshot wounds.

His motorbike, bag and all of his personal belongings were found at the crime scene, which suggests that robbery was not a motive for his murder.

Edgar had been demobilized from paramilitary groups in 2005 and, at the time of his death, he was vice-president of the Llano Lindo Community Action Board.
