Orlando Nicolás Negrete

Orlando Negrete, affectionately known as Coco, was murdered at a local football match, which he was enjoying with his family and friends. He was the former president of the community assembly of Camu, in the highlands of the department of Córdoba.

The commander of the Córdoba Police Force, Coronel Marcelo Russi, offered the following description of the events. “We regret to inform the public of the violent death of Mr. Orlando Nicolás Negrete, forty years of age, who worked in the agricultural trade and had been president of the community assembly of Camu.
