Roger Timboco, a 32 year old man was shot by an unidentified gunman. He was a member of a militant farmers group in Mawab town, Compostela Valley. He was a member of the Farmers Federation of Maco, ComVal and was a staunch supporter of banana workers who have been embroiled in a land dispute with an agri-business giant, Lapanday Food Corp in Davao Del Norte.
