The Investigative Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reported that Magomed Guchuchaliev, a lawyer was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen on July 12, 2013 in the village of Semender, a suburb of Makhachkala. He was shot eight times, including once to the head and died on the spot. Magomed Guchuchaliev was the father of Sirazhudin Guchuchaliev, who was detained by state agents on May 31st in the village of Leninkent and declared by the local MIA, the leader of the «Makhachkala» terrorist grouping.
