Prem Singh Patidar

Unfortunately, little information is publish regarding Prem Singh Patidar. However, what is known is that on the 6th of  June, 2017, Prem Singh Patidar was shot and killed during a peaceful protest in Mandsaur, India.

Prem Singh was among others that were peacefully attending a protest that sought to bring attention to wages  and a state of precarity that increasingly became a characteristic of farmer, and non-farmer life, alike in the region.

Unfortunately, police soon opened fire on him and others killing 5 protesters in total.
